At TwinkleTown we believe it’s important to children’s well-being to feel special, loved, and find magic during what can often be bleak winter months. Inspired by Adventure Games like PokemonGo, we are excited to inspire families to get outside together. We hope to offer it to groups of all ages that could use a light-hearted activity and cause to gather.

TwinkleTown Founder and Creator, Shannon Inanloo-Perry, had just moved to D.C. from the Midwest in 2012. Money was tight and their first Christmas in a new town was starting to look bleak. She was desperate for a way to keep her daughters and herself entertained and uplifted. That’s when she realized how magical the neighborhood outdoor Christmas lights could be— they ended up brightening spirits, too.

She turned the experience of hunting for Christmas lights into a simple Bingo game, creating a custom board with fixture-themed pieces. They would drive around looking for different lights or decorations in the nearby, yet still unfamiliar area. It instantly bonded them to their new home. Over time, she realized this concept could help families like yours experience the same warmth and joy while getting to know your neighborhood. All the while, creating memories searching for pieces on your holiday bingo cards. This simple game wasn't just about finding decorations; it became a catalyst for connection and discovery.

We've designed our digital Christmas lights bingo boards to be interactive, allowing players to mark off their finds. As you explore outdoor Christmas lights on display throughout your town, you can also see where other players have spotted certain decorations. We envision families creating their own traditions around TwinkleTown Holiday Bingo, making it a cherished part of their holiday celebrations.

Shannon's life work is in public health and she is passionate about building relationships with organizations devoted to community service, health initiatives, and local empowerment. TwinkleTown is looking for partnerships with groups that help at-risk families, provide disaster relief, and support youth programs, to name a few. We look forward to new ways our Christmas light bingo game and entertainment brand can motivate small actions that spark tremendous impact.
